If the original purchase was done using credit card or PayPal, that same card or PayPal account is automatically charged for the renewal. On the actual renewal date, one of the following will happen: Depending on the size of the contract, renewal reminders come from either Lansweeper or our e-commerce partner Cleverbridge. If automatic renewals are enabled, which they are by default, you as the billing contact will receive renewal reminders prior to your customer's license expiration date. Don't recall whether you disabled automatic renewals for a particular customer's license? Contact and mention the customer's order reference number to receive up-to-date info on the contract's renewal configuration.
